Indonesia

Sumatra’s coffee is exceptionally full bodied and rich. It
has deep tone acidity and an earthy herbal aroma. The finest
highland Arabica beans are found in Northern and Western Sumatra.

Sumatra ** Dark roast ** Heavy body with a syrupy chocolate aftertone.  Earthy, deep, complex, full bodied, low acidity, smoothness with a touch of 'forest floor funk'.  Creamy richness adds to the touch of butterscotch, spice and mustiness.  This stuff goes with anything but you gotta like funk......

Papua New Guinea ** Medium roast ** Sometimes referred to as "PNG'.  Mellow and aromatic complexity with an apple wineyness, medium body with moderate acidity and broad flavor.

Java **Light roast ** Low toned richness, light body with a hint of Smoke and Spice.  Wet processed kicks off some of the acidy and reduces the earthiness.  Some claim it's one of the best coffees for single varietal espresso. I think it's an absolute wonderful cuddlin' coffee whether it's with a book, movie or someone special...Enjoy this one to its fullest.
